If there is a line burst problem, you should choose a suitable matte ink, and reasonably control the thickness of the ink layer and the UV curing temperature.

According to the drying method, matte ink can be divided into non-UV curable ink and UV curable ink. Non UV curable ink is almost eliminated because it is easy to deform the metal mirror jam when it is dried at high temperature. At present, UV curable ink is mostly used. UV curable ink is adhered to the paper after UV curing, and the curing time only takes 3~5 seconds.

According to the particle size, frosted ink is divided into three types: coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand. It needs to be selected according to the fineness of the printed matter and the requirements of the customer. First of all, it is necessary to ensure that the mesh number and particle size are compatible with each other. Generally, 150-200 mesh is used for coarse sand, 200-250 mesh is used for medium sand, and 300-400 mesh is used for fine sand. Secondly, in the printing process, the viscosity of the ink should be correctly selected according to the particle size of the ink. The coarse sand is generally controlled at 2000±100CPS (measured at 25°C, the same below), the medium sand is controlled at 3000+100CPS, and the fine sand is controlled at 3500±100CPS. , and add as little ink additive as possible to ensure proper printing speed: choose a suitable UV lamp to make the ink particles more closely bonded and adhere more firmly to the paper.

It is worth noting that the power of the UV lamp tube is recommended to be around 10kW. The UV curing equipment must be equipped with a cooling device. Generally, a large diameter air duct is used and a water cooling device is installed on the lamp tube to avoid paper jams when passing through the light curing device. Thermal deformation and brittleness of the paper will occur during the process.
