What is the difference between the automatic stitching machine?

Stitching machines are divided into foot-operated manual stitching machines, double-servo semi-automatic stitching machines, and two-piece stitching machines.
There are three types: manual, semi-automatic and automatic.

Manual stitching machine:

Semi-auto stitching machine

Compared with manual stitching machine, not only the production efficiency is high, but the nail pitch is relatively beautiful and even.

The whole machine is controlled by servo drive and touch screen. The number of nails is controlled by the system,

and the paper is automatically pushed, which reduces the dependence on workers and greatly improves the molding quality.

Automatic stitching machine

The machine paper table is lifted and lowered by the hydraulic oil pump driven cylinder, and the upper and lower limit travel switches can effectively prevent mechanical accidents caused by over-lifting.
The photoelectric device can control the automatic ascent to maintain the normal paper feeding height.
The paper feed wheel adjusts the gap with an electric adjusting device, which is suitable for various types of corrugated cardboard with different thicknesses.
The PLC programmable controller system is stable and reliable, and the AC servo motor controls the advance and stop of the cardboard to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of the nail pitch.
The automatic counting optical eye automatically counts and records the output of the finished product, and can be set to separate and send out to cooperate with the end machine operation of the subsequent stage.
The staple head of the nail box machine is made of special steel, which has a wear-resistant and practical effect.
The electronic control system of the machine adopts a color touch screen, provides a good man-machine interface,

completes automatic setting of nail distance, setting or canceling of strengthening nails, and fault finding.

No matter it is manual stitching machine, semi-automatic stitching machine or fully automatic stitching machine, there are several common faults:

(1) The nail feet are skewed or have obvious errors in length;
(2) There are staples in the order head;
(3) The baffle does not open after the cardboard is fed. These problems also need to be carefully discovered by everyone.
