2100 semi automatic die cutting machine is mainly composed of 6 parts, namely: feed section, die cutting section, electical control section, main driving system, main chain drive, delivery section. 1. Feed Section
It can be used from whiteboard paper to 9mm corrugated paper, which can meet various paper sizes and has a wide range of applications.
2. Die Cutting Section
Imported components are used for more precise control. Bearings and electrical parts are selected from well known foreign brands, with reliable positioning, precise control, and a high degree of standardization and generalization of die cutting to meet the needs of cost reduction and mass production.
3.Electical Control Section
PLC control, safer and more reliable. The electronic control system is controlled by PLC, equipped with various safety protection devices, equipped with fault alarm, and automatically shut down to truly realize human machine safety.
4.Main Driving System
Bearing connection, more stable operation. The main drive adopts a worm gear and a specially designed crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, which is connected in the form of a bearing bush, which reduces the movement gap, avoids the impact of the worm gear and worm, and has a balanced operation and large die cutting pressure.
5.Main Chain Drive
