Why adjust the chain in the die cutting machine?

The chain is also an important part of a die cutting machine. The performance of the Die cutting machine chain depends to a large extent on whether the front and rear axles and the sprocket are installed correctly.

The requirement is: the parallelism of the front and rear axles is within 1/300. The coplanarity of the front and rear wheels is 0.5-1.0mm/m.
If the above-mentioned problems are found during the operation of the chain, it should be adjusted in time.

The reason for the jitter of the Die cutting machine chain is that the chain is too loose, the load is too large, or one or more chain links are not flexible.
The solution is to install a chain tensioner or adjustable distance. Reduce the load if possible.

The cause of excessive noise is that the sprocket wheels are not coplanar;
Die cutting machine chain is too tight or too tight;
Insufficient lubrication;
Wear of chains and sprockets;
Or the chain pitch is too large.
The solution is to check the coplanarity of the front and rear axles parallel to the sprocket and correct them.
Adjust the distance and tensioning device to obtain proper tightness and ensure lubrication to the workpiece.

There should be no skew or swing when the sprocket is installed on the shaft.
In the same transmission assembly, the end faces of the two sprockets should be in the same plane. When the sprocket pitch is less than 0.5 meters, the allowable deviation is 1 mm;
When the sprocket distance is more than 0.5 meters, the allowable deviation is 2 mm. However, it is not allowed to rub the side of the sprocket tooth. If the two-wheel knitting is too large, it is easy to cause chain disconnection and accelerated wear. Pay attention to check and adjust the offset when replacing the sprocket.
